30-Day Returns and Buyer Protection
Charged Tools accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-genuine, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item and, when a return is required, provide a prepaid return label because the issue is our responsibility.
Wrong-Tool and Change-of-Mind Returns
If you ordered the wrong SKU or changed your mind, unopened tools in original condition are returnable within 30 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on wrong-tool or change-of-mind returns unless Charged Tools shipped the wrong item or otherwise caused the error.
Opened or Used Items
New, opened tools that were tested but not used on a job may be eligible for a partial refund after inspection. Used, damaged-by-misuse, consumable, custom, and special-order items are handled case by case.
Manufacturer Warranty Support
Charged Tools is an independent reseller. Milwaukee or DeWalt alone determines manufacturer warranty and service eligibility under the terms in effect for the specific product and purchase. Charged Tools does not guarantee manufacturer claim approval.
We provide available order and serial records when requested. Our direct Charged Tools buyer-protection window is 30 days.
How to Start a Return
Email support@chargedtools.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We reply with return authorization and next steps within one business day.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank processing can add 3-10 business days after we issue the refund.
